As we provide customized digital services, refunds are only applicable before work has started. Once project execution begins, payments are non-refundable.
Advance payments are used for resource allocation and project planning. Therefore, advance payments are non-refundable once the project is approved and initiated.
Clients may request cancellation before project initiation. In such cases, administrative charges may apply.
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.
